Petrofac has received a provision letter of award for a US$600 million engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for a project in Algeria. The three-year contract comprises the delivery of an inlet separation and compression centre in Algerian industrial village Ohanet, a 400 km pipeline network connecting 36 wells, as well as commissioning, start-up and facility performance testing works. Formal contract signing is expected to take place in September 2018.
